Cancellation Policy
Parties: This Agreement is entered into between Mary Haberski, hereinafter referred to as the "Coach," and payee of plan, hereinafter referred to as the "Client." 2. Services Provided: The Coach agrees to provide executive coaching services to the Client. These services will consist of spiritual development, personal development, etc, and will include 3 sessions at 45 minute length, online per month. Sessions must be used within the month time frame or they will be relinquished. If Client is late for the session, the time will be deducted from the session. 3. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching sessions. Exceptions to confidentiality include situations where there is a legal obligation to disclose information or if it poses harm to the Client or others. 4. Fees and USD Payment Terms: The Client agrees to pay the Coach in full, monthly with the card on file. Reacquiring payments will be set at first payment. All payments are Non-Refundable and Client agrees to pay all monthly payments regardless if they use services provided or not. 5. Scheduling and Cancellation: Coaching sessions will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the Coach and the Client. The Client agrees to provide at least 24 hours advance notice of session cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice forfeits session. 6. Communication and Accessibility: The Coach agrees to be accessible to respond within 24 hours to the Client between sessions via telegram Tuesday-Thursday during normal business hours excluding holidays. Content for Coach's review will be returned within 72 business hours. 7. Termination: Coach may terminate the coaching relationship at any point if Client is not actively participating in the program. No refunds will be given for any reason. If the Coach is unable to meet the terms of the contract, Client will receive the remaining value in video content or at a later date to be discussed by both parties. 8. Intellectual Property: Any materials, tools, or resources provided by the Coach during coaching sessions are for the Client's personal use and may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without the Coach's written consent, punishable by law. 9. Liability and Indemnification: - The Coach and the Client each agree to limit their liability to the extent permitted by law.
