🤩 I’ve been looking forward to this event since the moment I decided to offer it. Due to limited space your payment is non-refundable ✨ This will be special and I am grateful that you have chosen to gift yourself this experience. ⏰ Please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes early. For everyone’s safety, at 7:05 the doors will be locked and you will not be able to get into the building. Please note that if you are late you will not be refunded. 🧘🏿♀️Please be prepared to be seated for the duration of this experience. If it is challenging for you to sit up straight on the floor for extended periods of time, please ensure that you bring things to support your body such as blankets, pillows, cushions, props, or anything else that will help you to keep an elongated spine while seated. 🧘🏼At the very least, bring a yoga mat or a blanket to sit on. 📝 It’s recommend you bring a journal and colorful pen or marker 🚫It is recommended that you have an empty stomach for your practice. If this is not possible, please try to only eat something very light no more than 1hr prior to the class. 🤓 Please come prepared to learn. While most of the focus will be on the practice, you will also be learning vital information that will support you in being able to properly breathe and activate your energy. 🧠 It is scientifically proven that the more you understand what you are doing and the ✨WHY✨ the better the outcome will be. 📵 You will be asked to turn your phone off for class to keep the energy focused and to avoid distractions. 💕Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
