Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice required for service changes. No refunds for any reason. No Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances. Service Modifications: We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or location as needed. Late Arrival Policy: Over 15 minutes late results in session forfeiture with no refund or reschedule. The session duration is deducted from the late arrival time.
